Hi to all, (not quite) new evora owner here. Bought the car from Murrays last summer but only now logged onto scottish Elise's. Love the car, will get a pic loaded when I figure out how to- I'm sure Brandon mentioned it was someone on here's car previously- it's carbon grey with brown interior.

Based in the Aberdeen area, hope to come along to a run sometime soon.

Cheers
Kevin

Hello Kevin,

Where about are you based in Aberdeen? I stay out in Elrick,Westhill.

I think that I spotted you a while back driving along Riverside Drive one day. I remember the car having a private plate and mentioned to Kinger that I had seen a car that looked very much like his old one. Kinger loved the Evora (his wife even more so) but after a test drive in the new Exige V6...............

Hope to see you soon on a run one day.

There is a growing amount of new Lotus owners and SE members in the Aberdeen area now.

Let's hope we get another great summer to enjoy this year because the roads up here are pretty good for driving.

Steve.

I'm just assuming it's your first Lotus since it's you're first time here. Just interested to know what made you choose the Evora over the other options.

Gary.

Steve, I'm in Elrick as well so no doubt you would have spotted me before.

The Evora is my 1st Lotus, had considered buying one for a while purely based on positive reviews, had a weekend away in Edinburgh and popped into Murray's, as soon as I had driven one it was bought.

Yup, that's what happened to me too.
Went shopping for a 911, came home with an Evora :-)
