Hi, just joined.
Hope as an Englishman, I'd be welcomed on here?
Love Lotus and love driving it in Scotland, you have THE best roads.
I have a V6 Exige and currently building an S1 Elise motorsport project, using a 500 bhp Audi 20v turbo engine and 6 speed box

cheers guys,
yes S1 project is great, I'm enjoying it and learning a lot along the way.

username is due to my previous project, Hawk Stratos relica, built and owned by me for over 20 years....fantastic car, 3.0l Alfa V6 engine - if you can explain how to load pics on here I'll put some on

I was hoping you'd say that 8)

Pictures need to be hosted elsewhere (like imgur) and posted here using [img] code.

I don't suppose you were part of THIS GROUP spotted by one of the guys earlier this year in Braemar?

No sadly, but don't they look great.
I sold mine a few years back to a guy in Hull.
mine was very close to the yellow 'Camel' liveried car, group 4, round arch, but without the front lamp pod.
I'll join a pic hosting site and try to put a few on.
also some of the Elise project build if anyone is interested in it?
thanks for the warm welcome guys.

You had too many "img" codes in there- try quoting my post and you should see what I have left.

Looks great - I dreamed of building a stratos rep for many a year.

cheers mik,
I'll try again through the week.
a mate of mine has a Lister Bell Stratos kit on order, should get his chassis in Feb. and plans to do it similar to mine. LB is fantastic product. I was there at weekend with him and their engineering is very good. Much better than the Hawk kit in my opinion.
Have you given up your dream?... have a look at Lister Bell's website.
