Back in an Elise

Post by thesurfbus » Fri Aug 17, 2018 9:08 am

After stupidly selling my S1 2 years ago and buying a Porsche :? I picked up this Elise S yesterday.

Drove it back to Edinburgh from Norwich yesterday, which wasn't too bad, AC and Cruise Control helped.
Managed an amazing 45mpg, which isn't bad for something that does 0-60 in 4.2s.

Very nice. Looks like a Robin spec car too.

Cruise is very handy.

Looks lovely.

I averaged 41mpg to Hethel for the 70th, and that was a 120bhp K series so 45mpg sounds good.

Porsche feedback? guess as you've changed it didn't tick the boxes ?

Porsche was a good car, but too sensible and had no soul.
Also a lot of Porsche haters out there...
