Mustard Yellow Elise S1 - Fife

Hello everyone!
After being a fan of Lotus Elises for decades, and near obsessively watching the used market during lockdown, I have taken the plunge and bought a 1999 Mustard Yellow Elise S1 (Previously owned by @sparrow1776) back in March.
I've had the car for a couple months now and I'm loving it! Such a raw experience compared to anything else I've driven, and very well suited to country roads here in Fife My immediate plans for the car is get it well sorted mechanically and have lots of road trips in it. Once I've got a good feel for the car I hope to start doing the odd track day. I've been to a few track days at Knockhill in my Clio RS3 which is fantastic fun, so I imagine the Elise would be even more fun.

For now the Elise is at Craig Moncrieffs in Edinburgh as its developed an intermittent issue where the battery isn't charging (it was Craig who recommended this forum). Fingers crossed we get that fixed soon so I can get back on the road.
