Guys,
New to the SE forum, a blatant whore as I am coming back up to Scotland for Christmas and wanted to see if there was anything going on.

Good to see there are so many of you, I've only spotted one Elise in Scotland and I wasn't driving mine at the time so I thought my P&J had been stolen, got home pretty quick in the Ka that day.
If you have a black S2 with black wheels I'd appreciate it if you would leave it at home when I leave mine at home, thanks.

Had the car for almost a year and totally loving it, not driven it at the moment for 5 weeks and its killing me, 6 days to go until fun resumes, but then I'll be out of the country driving a jetta for 6 months in the NY, hence on the lookout for any lotus type events going on around Edinburgh during crimbo.

Probably head down to Abbeville on the 30th with LoT as I've never been and it'll be a good excuse to stock-up on/consume booze etc.

Anyway, all tips on routes up to Bo'ness from the M6 area warmly welcomed, normally just come off as soon as I cross the border and then improvise my way over. Hope to see some of you around at christmas, top down of course.
Rob
Also rrb on LoT, Seloc, BBS & P'heads.

Roy is my brother right enough, its a small Lotus world.
Fairly certain I saw you at Brands one time with the Sinc's boys when they brought a Camel Exige to a LoT day and then also might have seen you at the ring if you were there the weekend of 26th May.
Hope you have a good day at Brands and see you up the road for a pint in Tigers/Newtown Bar/Whatever its called now.
Rob

Hi Tom,
I'll be in Mx for a while but then from June on I'll be needing some track action, I've gone cold turkey for 5 weeks and I can hardly bear it so god only knows what I'll be like in 6 months, so I'll probably see you on the track at some point, once you start it's impossible to stop.

The official line is that I'm working in Chihuahua for Visteon, we've three plants here and a couple in Monterrey. I'm in purchase so setting up supply chains and global strategic alliances for automotive electronics, yawn!

Obviously the unofficial line is that I'm checking out Mexico bit by bit and enjoying a tequila and a cerveza or two, pretty cool so far, went down to Peubla the other day and saw the sights, pretty interesting, different side of Mexico.

What are you doing in Scotland?

Rob.

I came to your country with Schlumberger (Oilfield stuff).
As it happens often in the oilfield, I switched employers and am quickly becoming a mexi-jock ;)

I love the roads over here... 8)

No chance on asking for a company car over there? an Elise?
