Big Smile

I collected my first Elise from Murray on Thursday, and I've had a huge smile on my face ever since. It was good timing because the weekend weather was good for taking it out to start to get familiar with it. I'm loving it so far. Only problem is that I'm starting to get strange looks (or at least stranger than normal!) due to the permanent grin plastered on my face. Is this a permanent condition?

I've certainly experienced the pointing pedestrians a few times already. I parked at my local shop on Saturday, and a group of young boys couldn't have looked more surprised and amazed if I'd just stepped out of a space ship!

Don't worry, the grin will subside given time.
To be replaced by an even bigger one...
...when you have REALLY learned how to drive the car properly!
Enjoy. And welcome.

What car did you buy and what colour is it?

I bought a 111R in storm titanium. It's the 06 model with drive by wire throttle, probax seats and a few other bits and pieces... and I love it

The grin doesnt go away.. just buy a stupid hat or a silly jacket and bright shoes to distract people from it.....
