Scottish Elises

Hey people I've been looking at some of the posts on this site for a while as I'm hopefully looking to purchase an s2 elise....

Are there any specialists in the glasgow area that are any good for lotuses with the k-series??

Welcome to the group. I don't know of any specialists in Glasgow as such, but there is plenty of expertise (not me) in the group, locally.

Others will prob advise better, but main specialists (other than Murray's the dealer in Edinburgh) are Falkland Performance centre in Fife, and Dan at Jude's in Newcastle.

Would I be correct to think you have a Renault Sport Clio? I use to have one too. Cracking wee car.

Hello....right enough there's probably more expertise here than in any garage (not me also

).

I use JPS in Newcastle. Pain it's so far, but worth the effort for peace of mind IMHO.

Hell, I reckon just buy the car and worry about garages and stuff later. (Like 10 minutes after you buy it and it breaks

)

Yeah a 172 cup RS Clio. Its been fun to drive and relatively cheap but I've had constant issues with it from new.

Its set me up for elise ownership from what i've heard!!
