Hello all
I've got one of those funny Vauxhall/ Lotus thingmies. I've had my VX220 just over a year and am enjoying it hugely. Its the best car i've ever owned and keeps me out of the house to much.
I come from North Ayrshire, i do see a few Elises around, i'll start trying to wave to you guys. Originally wasn't sure if the VX220 (flash yer lights thing) extended to Lotus people and vice versa.
Sumbudy told me i hud a Lotus so here a um
I'm a member on vx220.org.uk also.
This was recommended by some of the Scottish VX'rs, seems like a friendly bunch of people on here.
Cheers

Welcome! I flashed at a black VXT the other week on the way to sell my Elise. What model you got?

Thanks for the welcome
I've got a blue 2003 2.2 NA (non-turbo), black roof and totally standard although i can see that changing over the next year. Starting to get tempted by exhausts (stage 2's) and the like.

From another VX owner (although I've got the faster version in the better blue

)
When/if you start thinking about remaps, make sure you look into it carefully and get lots of opinions before opening the chequebook. There are a number of different views on what the best value options are with NAs...

Did I miss something - when did the VX turn into an Exige? And will we see it on track?

That man speaks the truth - lots of different exhausts, induction kits, suspension and kits for you to try on a variety of scotish VX's. My spec is best tho

bbb
Focus ST estate, i3s and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.
....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?
