Firstly thanks to jke11y for pointing me in this direction from SELOC and a big hello to all the Scottish Elise owners.
I'll be officially joining your ranks on Saturday when I (fingers crossed) pick up my first ever Lotus.
Can't wait.
Really, REALLY can't wait!

Doing all the running around re insurance etc kind of kept my mind busy but now looking to all be sorted so just the waiting time...
Keep thinking I've forgotten something and Saturday is not going to happen. Just a born worrier!

You'll catch your self smiling to yourself. I still do it!
A great choice!

I'm getting a 111R in very subtle Saffron Yellow.
As for the smiling, if the test drive was anything to go by I'll be grinning from ear to ear for some time yet!

Get used to the grin, though the weather ain't ideal just now. Just take it very easy on 2nd gear bends when the roads are damp/greasy. The back can easily fly out when you put too much power down.

Sorry if my thanks are a bit sidewayes, but basucally I've had a few bottles of red and a wee bottle of the bubbble to celebrate the pre-arrival of my weebabay on |Saturday.
Just can't wait.
Few neighbours, nice people, good people.
Roll on the Saturday...

As people say, take it easy in 2nd... you'll want to save that NCB until summer
Good to have you aboard - you buying from Gavin at Murrays?

Welcome along there Mr Spook
Now, if you wanted to try it out then there's a run happening on Sunday (which you are
required to travel at your own pace, so don't worry about binning it - there's no ego pressure in this group)
Check the meets section for info
