Just fitted new discs and pads to the front of the elise. The passengers side one seems to be fine but the drivers side caliper seems to b scraping off the disc, noticed that this had happened to the old disc aswell.
So i was thinkin that it could b the caliper itself.
Has anyone else had this problem ? Or would know any way of sorting it ?
Any help would b appreciated

If the caliper (rather than some part of the pad) is scraping off the disk you have a problem with the way the disk is fitted or with the wheel bearing.
A picture would help!

Bit of an expert on this. I have at least four MMC disks that have been ruined by the edge of the caliper running on the disc.
Likely suspect if it does not fit in with Robins prognosis, is the wheel hub itself, ie wear or play on the stub axle which fits into the wheel bearing.

Yes, Neil had this failure too, but from the outside it looks like a failed wheel bearing. The hub tapers on one side so it never fits properly in the bearing.
