Just when turning left (I think).
This has very gradually got worse and worse over the last 6 or 7 months.
I have had a look about, but the car tends not to be in full lock when I'm looking so it's hard / impossible to tell what conecting with what.
The metallic scraping does relate to the wheels turning if that makes sense - the faster I'm going in full lock the faster the scraping noise is.
I'm sure it's summin dead simple :touches wood:
cheers

I get this too. It sounds like a thin piece of metal rubbing? I thought it was maybe a shield round the brakes or something?
Mine does it turning right and has done for ages.
I have had a similar noise when the brakes have been wet and there is an imprint on the discs - a good stamp on the pedal cleared that one.

Something trapped 'tween splash guard and disc - worth also checking your front wheel bearings in case there is the tiniest bit of play, letting the disc move ever so slightly on full lock.

Sounds very similar as to when my front wheel bearings were worn. I could only here it going round roundabouts rather briskly. Also couldn't feel any play in them until I removed the wheel and brake disk. I don't think mine were too worn, but were definitely on the way out.

I do have braided hoses and a front right wheel bearing on my ever growing 'to do' list.

Sometimes the braided hoses can touch the rims, depending on how you've routed and secured the pipe.
Cheers,
