Tyre foam for punctures

Post by Scottynic » Tue Jul 10, 2007 12:58 pm

Is this meant to be in the car?

I was sure the dealer said there was tyre foam in the car incase of a puncture or am I dreaming?

It should be in the boot above the offside wheel. Stick your head in the boot and have a look around.

Yep, Si is right should be in the boot. Personally i wouldnt use it means theres zero chance of a repair. However if you are a recent RAC customer then they will not tow you if you dont have a serviceable spare tyre!

P1sh ;) I've had foamed maxies patched before. No problem. Some fitters can't be arsed as they get their paws sticky
