S2 Exige Front Splitter

Post by ExigeKen » Mon Jul 16, 2007 9:14 am

Does anyone know where I can buy a standard S2 Exige front splitter.

Eliseparts only have one which is lower than the standard one and I don't want that as it is low enough all ready :?:

Thanks yes they do sell it but you have to get it gel coated which I may have to do. Just wondered if anyone knew of somewhere else that sold it. The Eliseparts one comes painted which is handy.

you could make your own,
make a mould of your old one in glass fibre, then get some pre preg carbon fibre and make one. buff it up and laquer it et voila a carbon fibre splitter.

Then you can run them off to everyone else in the forum :D

Nah I made a fibre glass sea kayak in that mode took me six weekends. Life is too short. Will save up and buy one.

It looks like you are in full designer mode first brake discs now splitters - you should get cracking and open your own business.

I'm just tigher than the proverbial badgers bum. plus I work in a machine shop with 4&5 axis machines, if I had a milling machine I would happily knock off parts. all I need is something to work from and some time to get the design/manufacturing process down
