PTP 170 Fitting

I'm looking at fitting a PTP 170 kit. What's the easiest way to install it?

Pay someone?

It's a new (VHPD) head, so if you're happy swapping heads over it's fine. Can be done fine with the engine still in the car - access is tight but no real problem.

You do need 3 semi skilled mechanics, 2 loopy collies, 1 tolerant wife, 1 inquisitive toddler and about 15 hours though
