Exige Seats

Im putting together a warranty list for when the Exige goes in for a service next month.

I got the car in March, and took it back in May because the drivers seat squab (right behind my shoulder blades) in my Exige (S2 Performance Pack) creaks and squeaks when pressure is applied to it; mainly when pushing back on it - for me - getting in and out.

There is a small area where you can see that the glue has come away from the squab and the chair shell. I was told that the squeak was normal, and that the seat would not be replaced. To be honest the noise drives me wild, but Im presuming that they won't replace it because of the cost. Or are they speaking the truth? - does everyone elses seats squeak and creak?

jump in some in the showroom and see and if they don't you can plead your case more

Mine squeaks, WD40 sprayed all over the place seems to fix it.

Our drivers seat can squeek sometimes. They are the probax on a 2006 111R.

Mostly like you are talking about when pushing back on the seat to sit into the car.
