For road, you probably don't wanna go much lower than 120 or 115 otherwise those illegal speed bumps are gonna get ya. I'm running 120 front and rear. But, you don't need 2-way adjustable suspension for that.. just adjustable platforms as per the 135R or 190R standard ones.
If you go for 2-ways (nitrons?), I believe you can alter the bump/rebound settings which basically means that you can set it how you please... softer for road, or harder for track?... but, question is... would you adjust it, or would you set and forget?
The S2 LSS is quite hard on road... just so you know... and there's not really much you can do to help that. If upgrading, probably nitrons would be a good bet (I think they are 2-way similar to the optional 190's)
