soft top cable?

the cable at the front of my soft top has snapped. now i've fixed it temporarily but if possible i'd like to replace this with the proper cable, rather than the dodgy home made contraption i've currently got. i'm just thinking that at some point the thing i've made will snap!!

anyone any idea where i can get this cable from?
