Corner Weights

Does anyone happen to know the corner weights and vertical center of gravity of a std S1 elise ?

Corner weights will vary depending on the shocks and ride height of your car.

The only way to both check and get them correct is with a geo set up along with a set of corner weighted scales.

Just ballpark figures from a std car as something to start off with.

Total weight is around 735 kg without driver.

From memory it's about 145 kg on each of the front wheels and about 220 kg each for the rear wheels. The rear right to front left diagonal is slightly heavier than the front right to rear left if I remember correctly.

On those figures the c.o.g. would be 60% of wheelbase length to rear of front wheel and slightly right of center.

Of course it you put a driver in it, the cog shifts towards the right but I think we found that the weight went on more or less evenly front to rear.
