Windows...Grrr!!!

Post by ABZ-Elise » Mon Jan 28, 2008 3:44 pm

Both my drives side and passenger side window have come away from the mechanism. I need to reglue the glass back into the plastic holders.

What sort of glue should I use to do that?

Cheers,
Kev

I've got something from Loctite that they said will do the job... http://www.loctite.co.uk/int_henkel/loc ... 1&layout=3 part number 9220.

I'm in Dyce if you want to collect it but I can get one of our vans to drop it off for you if you want.

Gary.

I've bought some epoxy glue stuff, which says its strong enough to lift a car. But if it doesn't work I'll give you a shout :thumbsup

No worries. I asked the Loctite rep. for something to do the job when I saw him today and he gave me a sample. I'm not going to use it so feel free to take it off my hands.
