Dezzy,

Do you have a Lotus customer services contact telephone number you could forwrad on to me?

I have the problem of water ingress in to the boot

and the ever popular failing LED rear light which are forever on backorder.

If you just call the main Lotus number on 01953 608000 and ask to be put through to customer services. The head of customer services is Neil Turner and he's been really good at sorting this out for me.

I wouldn't go to them unless you've already been through MMC though.
