as above, what do i need to buy/ fit to fix it?
Im sure I seen a post about this a year ago, but cannot find it.

Clean then moly grease on all the moving parts at the bottom of the gearstick before thinking about replacing any bits.
Or my solution which arrived today - eliseparts quickshft.
Well, if I have to take it all apart anyway...

also just fitted a quick shift and the nlytron bushes
top quailty items from muffin who posts here in classifies
totaly changes the gear change feel
most likely to be the bell crank thats stiff

Check all the bolts are tight on the cross gate bell crank too.
