Brakes....

Post by Rich H » Mon Apr 03, 2006 11:18 pm

Just a quickie before bed (Always time for a quickie!)

If 'ahem' someone had boiled their brake fluid, what would be the symptoms and the cure?

Would a spongey brake pedal after a 25 lap track session which seems to have at least partially cured itself be a symptom?

Not me obviously, just a bloke I know, with a 97 Lotus Elise who did a trackday today.....

Cheers

Symptoms are often blued discs, spongy pedal and huge grin from ear to ear :D

Remedy is change fluid and learn not to brake so long
