Painting chrome orange

Post by r10crw » Mon Feb 25, 2008 4:21 pm

Guys need some advice, As most of you know I had the car sprayed and there was trouble getting a match (chrome orange). Tut saw the colour and while it wasnt miles out it certainly was different either way I wasnt happy so it went back to get redone. Again hes having probs getting a match so just wondered if anyone on here knows anyone I can speak to with past experiance. Im at the stage now where tha cars gonna be painted black with a brush! Ill copy this to seloc and see if anyone theres got any experiance. Cheers Craig.

Dunno about how helpful he will be but StephenM on NORLOG runs the bodyshop that did my repair, paints alot of Elises, might be worth dropping him a line, I don't have a number for him here (at parents for a couple of days) but might at home.

Craig

I know Stephen Mattison, been talking to him for years. He is a helpful guy with a good reputation, so may be worthwhile picking his brains.
