Window Guide Loose

Drivers door has been rattling v bad over the last few days. Took the door panel off plus release lever.

The window guide runner at the door hinge end is loose at the bottom. There was a small self tapping screw lying in the base of the door but can't see where this is from.

There is an adjuster at the bottom of the door but don't know how this ties in to the runner.

Any ideas how to fix?

Nearly took my arm off getting the screw back in at the bottom of the runner though
