series 1 alternator?

wheres the best place to get an alternator for a 1999 t 111s, and does anyone know the part number, the car has been stood all winter and decided to put it back on the road today, but started it up and the alternator is seized and snapped the belt. so looking for an alternator and belt now.

anyone know if the alternator would be tha same as a rover. i have a rover brm with vvc engine, if its the same i will take the alternator off it and fit to the elise.

I would think so.

will get the one sripped out the elise today and check, would imagine it would be the same. want the elsie on the road now the weather is better.
