Theres been instances of people failign MOT's with harnesses fitted, somethign to do with the red release button or something- i will try to dig out eh details...

Supposedly you are supposed to be able to do them up with one hand and they are meant to have a red button to release.
I just talk to the MOT tester first and ask their opinion, if they suggest it will be a problem then go somewhere else!!
