Ok a bit of humble pie to eat here   . My LC-1 sensor has crashed. Looks like the dreaded moisture in the exhaust has killed it. It is now locked into one voltage and no longer changes. So will be on the phone to Wallace performance and get a new sensor. Will pull it out tomorrow and see if it will free ais calibrate. Definitely changing to a PLX now as I need it to a least work.

Looks like the old saying is true, act in haste, repent at leisure.

mike i doubt its the sensor , "dreaded moisture ?" its a red herring these bosch sensors are used in millions of road cars nowdays as long as its fitted in an aftermarket or std manifold the sensor postion will be right
the plx and 90% other widebands uses the same sensor , check your power grounds i used the ecu ground post if you have ground issues it may read wrong i think the controller may of failed not the sensor
if you have the press button for free air cali its easy to knock i removed mine
try a free air after being left over nite without removing the sensor
if you have read the seloc post dont fit a on / off switch the sensor requires to be heated all the time
get wallace to send you a controller double check the fitment before switch on or get your money back

Will try that in the morning. Seems like it has frozen as the reading doesn't changed at all. Was stuck at 5 volts output after resetting the sensor calibration it is now stuck at 2.64 volts, 13.4 AFR still not changing though. Away to check out Innovates web site see if theres anything on there about these symptoms.

The guarded switch is for the ECU main relay, until recently the back voltage through the Alternator bulb was enough to keep the engine running! Meant that I just could not turn it off at all, had to pull the relay, I added the switch to kill the ECU (And for a bit of fun) now I have installed a simple diode in the alt bulb wire and it turns off with the ignition now. But that switch still sees use when I'm tracing electrical faults as it isolates the fuel pump, ECU and ign module so I can fault find at my leisure.

Shug blamed too much Airwolf - he's probably right...

My LC1 got stuck at 2.5 volts recently after a long drive, sorted itself after a switch off.
