Next problem.... selector shaft seal !?

Showed this to Rich when we were doing my downpipe the other day. I think he reckoned it was the selector shaft seal that had gone. Anyone ever had this problem? Easy to fix / replace?



It's not leaking oil very quickly but still obvioulsy it's a bit concerning.
