...kinda loud clicking noise every second. Seems to be some charge in the battery...
Thoughts anyone?
hasn't been out for a couple of weeks and I've just packed it up for a day's driving

Sounds like a flat battery / loose battery connection . If its not been on a charger defo flat battery .

Are the headlights coming on when your trying to start it?
If so then it's the battery that's gone flat
The other option is that your starter has jammed - trying rocking the car with it in gear - remember to take it out of gear again before attempting to start it.

Yeah......the problem was only minor.....and meant to be a common one.......seals replaced and all is well.
