s2 exige s standard geo settings

Post by vxc » Thu Feb 12, 2009 9:50 pm

does anybody know these?

car is getting geo done on wednesday and basically gonna tell the tech guy that i want it checked against standard to see if its out at all
and set either standard or set for slight fast use if this is possible?

i dont want to comprimise my straight line stability, or an extreme uneven tyre wear

any recommended settings i can take to the garge to set at then ?

cheers.

Just set the front toe at neutral ( they say something ridiculous like 0.02 toe out) and rears try 1.8 mm toe in each side, if your adventurous you could try some toe out at the front (nothing stupid just say 0.5 overall), makes it great in a corner once its settled but really twitchy elsewhere. Camber at front, standard will probably be near enough neutral, remove all the shims and get as much -ve as poss. Even with all shims out this will still be minimal, its not unusual for racers to machine the uprights to get more! Rears, cant remember sorry, but if there the same as each other then you would assume they are set as standard, cheers Craig.
