The shocks were about 3" too long on the rear, I suspect they are from a Toyota engined car possibly. One set of the disks were S2 disks...

The rear disks and pads were changed.

Oh.... and he forgot to bring his new brackets so we couldnt have fitted the shocks even if they were the right ones. :scratch :scratch :scratch :wavey :leave
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....

I have had a reply from the seller of the dampers and they were taken off a Toyota engined S2 (in fact a Sports Racer). !!!!!
My advert did say they are for a S1 Elise. He has kindly offered to take them back and give me a refumd. Or he said i could sell them on. So i may stick them on the classifieds for a couple of days, and see if anyone wants them.
