Front tow eye bracket

Anyone know if this is a clam of job to replace ? Noticed my in has rusted away at teh bottom plat and is loose and useless.

£76 inc VAT from Geary! :shock:

Yup. Cannae get at the top mounting bolt with the clam on.

Been offered a S2 bracket for the cost of p&p, anyone know if they can be modified with a dremmel ?

It would have to be pretty major dremel surgery. The top bracket would have to go, the threaded portion on the front would have to be cut down (Assuming that the threads went back into the main tube - dubious) and you would still need to tap the top thread (I assume that is how it connects at the top)

Get it for the P&P then bung it on fleabay so you can afford a new one.
