Well the beast is back with MMC munched through its 2nd throttle cable in 9k
The cable starts to wear through the sheath requiring more and more pressure to apply the throttle. This happens over a period of time and if left unchecked I am guessing the friction could increase until the spring would not be able to return the throttle to the off position and you would end up with a throttle jammed open
Has anyone else had this prob or is mine a one off?

One off AFAIK.....
Have them check how it's routed - if it's slotted past something it shouldn't it may kink it and do what you describe....
