I want a scoop for use with the roof off.

Maybe some sort of snorkel affair, F1/Atom stylee...goodness knows what the airflow is like with the roof off - probably just as effective pointing backwards...
Attachment might be tricky but could utilise the rear centre roof bracket. Sounds like a project...

there was a guy on exiges.com that was doing them for the soft top. I am sure it could be work without a roof with a little mod?
would look the cool.

Guess you could prefab something onto the two support spars that go across the roof - making it into a T-Bar type, could look pretty neat if done well.

Nice one Shug - that's the fella!
Mac, I think the spar mouts would be a bit weak, maybe use all the hardtop mountings if going to a T-bar.
Thanks Scotty, I'll go have a look on Exiges.com. Would be handy if it would work with or without the soft top...

Yeah, a shot of the intercooler down the intake would make a boring avatar...
Least it's not induction so wouldn't suck in the cameraman.

New ones £700 plus vat from Lotus for the NVH ones...minus SE discount from MMC?
Black is the most expensive, then green and red, blue the cheapest for some reason.

Depends when you buy really. I bought mine a week before Christmas for £250 on ebay (brand new) when demand is obviously lower than normal. Still not got round to getting it fitted though

Fittings not exactly difficult - remove hard top and throw it on. If you want to use the support bars before you cut into the car they semi attach to bottom of the rear bit - loses you an inch of headroom but as a get you home its okay
