Well as I discovered, if you sort out no. 1 no.3 may not be a big issue. There is good logic in your order, although I'll not comment on the roof it's outside my area of expertise.

Gav, tis not your driving, tis your waving technique.

Drop a line to the Queen and get some tips from her.

I'm not wanting to hijack the post, but on the same topic, does anyone know any good places that will do a geo setup in and around Dundee area?

Cheers,
Graeme

The place across the road from the Matalan carpark, can't remember what's it's called at the mo. Had the car in there earlier this year, they hadn't done an Elise before but I went in with a list of what I wanted and the guy was happy to do it - the standard geo is listed in the machine's programme though. Showed me around the machine and talked me through what he was doing, happy for me to watch and wander around underneath the car. Geo wasn't out much but the car drives much better after adjustment. Part of West End Honda I think, at least that's who they recommened for a four wheel alignment. Didn't get the camber adjusted, if yours needs it you'll have to supply your own shims - or swap 'em around.

I usually just make a day of it and pop to Edinburgh to see Willy at CLCM just round from Murray's.

Yes it's a bit of a trip, but he's a nice guy, and really knows his stuff. Noticed a BIG difference with Erica's VX in presumably close to standard setting to less understeer, more fun after geo, similar with my Elise though not quite so pronounced.
