I have an 07 Exige, that now has a missing front indicator after it decided to leave the car whilst driving
Was there any change in this unit throughout the years, i.e. would a indicator from a 01 car fot an 07?
Is there anything i can do to prevent the same problem in the future? i understand this is a common problem.

Thanks Robin. It would appear that the front indicator is common throughout the S2 Range, from 01 to 10.

Maybe a lot of silicon or to help it stay (and not get lost) in addition to silicon see SELOC wiki suggestion
http://wiki.seloc.org/a/Indicators
On mine as many the plastic tab at the top broke meaning it is even easier to fall out. Mines has fallen out 3 times so far but luckily the bulb holder has kept it getting lost. Last time i re-attached i used double sided tape, silicon and look no nails and a 4foot 4x2inxh joist placed on it for a week to make it stick. Hasn't been thoroughly tested since the last reattachment though.
