Forget the castor settings unless he is going for a major geo sesh. Involves wishbone bolts and all that joy. The Gordon Lite is what I have, very pointy but ot agressively so:

-1/-2
0.5mm out/2mm in
Castor as it comes, mine was ~3.4/3.8

Apparently the toe in on the rear increases chuckability and cornering confidence but too much will kill the car and make it feel dead, toe out will improve turn in but too much will make it too twitchy.

Camber will improve cornering grip but decrease straight line grip and tyre wear on the inside shoulders.

Take your pick, but I wouldn't bother with the extremes or the standard. A tiny adjust makes a world of difference. Most of what can be achieved in camber depends on the shims available. I have some extra read shims if he wants but I would imagine he will want more agressive camber not less.

Good luck
