ECU
How do you reset the ecu? My idle is sitting a bit high (1400). Would resetting the ecu (battery off?) fix it?
s1 111s (kind of)
Immobiliser off (IIRC) electrics on, slowly push throttle pedal to the floor and release 5 or more times, electrics off. Leave off for a few seconds, leccky on, start, hey presto, ECU is reset.
I would check that the IACV isn't clogged up with sh*t too, they get pretty manky with soot. A quick blast with carb cleaner will sort.

More of a pit of useless info that sometimes comes up with gold!
The IACV should be in charge of the idle speeds though and (IIRC) it is done by engine speed so should never be a problem, therefore check the IACV isn't clagged up while you are there!
