S240, Yota engine - 21000 miles, 4.5 years old.
Noticed puff of blue smoke on cold start twice this weekend. Garage start so hung about for a bit. Might have been more black smoke but def smelt 'oily'.
Not using any oil (per the dipstick), no visible leaks, no oil in the water, oil pressure and temps normal (have funcy gagues for this fitted getting signal from between the oil filter and the block). Still going like a train. Oil last changed in November less than 1000 miles ago (5w50 fully synthetic Motul in there now). Oil mark on the dipstick at the max mark. Maybe a little over....
Valve stem seals are my thought but is this something others have seem in a Yota lump so young? Might it be something else?
Down for KH SIDC track day this Saturday. I take it I should go to KH and just watch for 'other' signs....
Advice and comment appreciated.

Re: Cold Start - Blue smoke
Keep an eye on the levels, but perhaps nothing to worry about. I know of a much newer one that puffed blue smoke when cold as well.
its not the best sign, but as long as the oil use it not to bad, I wouldn't go looking to try and fix it.
