Bodyshop for front clam tidy up in Edinburgh?

Post by jamiey » Mon Jul 18, 2016 9:04 am

Hi there,

Looking for a Bodyshop in Edinburgh to tidy up the other people's parking dings before the Elise finally goes on the marking (was suppose to be the end of May, but my new car was delayed two months).

I've called Willowbrae and the umming and erring about if someone would call me back doesn't fill me with confidence.

The last time I had work done it was the guy "next to Ali" out at his site in Loanhead and for the life of me I can't remember who he was...

So does anyone have any recommendations?

I'd call Craig at CMC and see who he suggests. May still be Willowbrae, but I've heard from a few folk that they aren't perhaps ideal to deal with directly. Have heard several with no probs either, to be completely fair. The work we had done a few years ago was by Willowbrae, handled through Craig and his comms were good - perhaps better to have a buffer of customer service there?

Thanks, Willowbrae have come back with an appointment on Wednesday to get an estimate. So I'll deal direct. I would like to crack on with things so it will be interesting to see what lead times they give for the work

Whatever lead time Willowbrae give you - be prepared to add 6 months.
