Leave them standard, do the warm up, let them back down to standard, repeat after next session. After that you should be about all right, though you may want to check again after another session.
The exact amount of air you let out is going to be a function of how much heat you get into the tyres. As that varies based on your car, your driving, how much tread is left on the tyre and track conditions, it's hard to come up with a definitive pre-track cold setting.

Yup, also varies between tyres. Offside front will probably be the coldest so need least let out, nearside rear the warmest so need most let out.
