anyway, back to the thread....

I replaced my pressure cap a few weeks back and things (touch wood) seem to be ok with mine now with the coolant level settling at the 'right' places

Always get them mixed up...maybe its cholesterol?

I stopped checking so often and the problem has gone away. Well my knowledge of the problem has gone away at least.... :roll:

I doubt it's an airlock, when I fitted the PRRT and bled the damn thing for days. Then I found that the little bleed screw on the top rail (Early S1) was leaking air....
