just fitting dyaminc dampers and the rears are fully adjusted up giving me a max 120 ride height un laden
my car is a very early mmc brake disc version , did the later s1 use differant brackets to raise the car to 160 ? front as well ?
has any one got the right pt number for the std later s1 to raise the car
i want a 115/125 ish ride height and thats not possable with the rear brackets fitted

pre chassis 3580, mid 98 car does have different mounts.

A quick fix (depending on the following heights) would be to buySteveB's mounts, then if you fit the front brackets in their lower position they will give ~125mm at the front, and you will need to fully compress the rear springs to get ~130mm. Fitting them in the 'normal' position gives 110/120. Fully compressing the rear springs can loosen up the rear end under extremely hard driving when trail braking into corners, so depending on just how hard you drive you may want to set the springs in the mid position

just found the boxed brackets are the later version and i already have them but the s2 dampers are shorter ,so these brackets are the ones i require A117D0077F

thanks greg but i am not using s2 dampers but fully adjustable
