Could anyone lend me a set please?
Promise to return them...with beer!

I have a pair if you want to use them. They came with the head unit that I quickly replaced for something that looked like it was made in this century.
You can also buy them from Halfrauds for a couple £

Change of plan....I am going to go to a specialist outlet and get some prices to Supply/ Fit new speakers and head unit. Simpler me thinks!

My very talented, kind, handsome, hunky volunteer will be doing all the tecky stuff - (I have mentioned how skilled he is as he read the thread last night!! hello, if you're reading!)

The stereo is held in by a couple of clips on the side, I didn't have the keys but simply removed it, without any damage, with a knife. Take off the radio surround and gently slip the knife blade down the slot on the side between the radio body and the mounting cage, then gently pull. When it starts to come out do the same at the other side. Sounds a bit rough but it works.
