The pedals are all generally on/off...although I accept brake and throttle benefit from some modulation ;-) But in all cases, other than throttle, you are actuating pedals from rest, so you always have a reference point. With throttle, you actuate from a constant known position, so again you have a ref point.

With the heater, it's a bit of a lottery of a fiddle when dark. And how do you remember which of temperature or heat direction is on the top or bottom slider...can you tell just now without going to look ;-)

Taking all of the above on board, tongue in cheek ...... the answer is yes  lets face it , on,off, hot ,cold, windscreen or feet...... is not even for old people like me  perhaps I'm an natural at nocturnal driving   but it aint that hard to work out ........remember whilst at the same time working three pedals, steering wheel, lights /dip switch, indicator and trying to draw breath in the cold with the roof off...........

Tee hee!

But you didn't answer my question. Can you remember which slider is which, without looking ;-) Go on...

My heater has 2 settings, both to the right, demist (Well mist then demist) and then both to the center when its cold and left when its warm :thumbsup

My car is fitted with extra lightness, well it was

My calculations of the components required were a bit off (About right for something on a Lotus) and something has gone pop... I think it was the pot I used to get variable brightness, it was only cheap. Either that or the LEDs have blown. Fortunately they were something daft like 9p each and I bought a load.

One day I will get around to fixing it....

I've got no idea what lights you mean... went in to the garage for a look in case mine were broken (as nothing illuminates my heater contros), but I guess I just don't have any.
I have no signature.

All right I'm guessing  ,

Noops now wandering nonchalantly out to the garage pretending to look at something more important than checking to see if he was remotely close..........
LOL - good effort, spot on!

As for S2 135Rs, I think they have a floodlit heater control illuminator...ie the interior light ;-)
