111R 2 year service - am I missing something

Sorted his invoice issues..

Was going to give him a call for an update on this. Not in a desperate hurry but just as a reminder as still awaiting my paperwork from service 3 or 4 weeks ago.

BTW, suggestted to Ali he might want to knock up a tick box style service checklist for those of us that like to collect all the receipts and paperwork on the car to show what that has been done/checked as part of the service. Who knows, it might even end up looking like the MMC one's I have from previous services by the last owner

I had a go at creating one after photocopying, tipp-ex then scanning a used one but it just looked pants.

If you need one re-doing mail me the photocopied/tippexed one and I will redo in InDesign & provide Ali a PDF.
Artwork for SLS letterhead would be good so I can make it match.

Just called TWG services LTD, I asked the about using garages other than MMC for service work. He told me that I can go to any garage provided it is VAT registered. It would appear that they are also covered by simialr conditions to Block Exemption.
