The vx has a bolted down footrest, it should lift at the front and slide on runners. You should be able the see the 4 bolts if you stick your head under

Jon do you mean that its adjustable or just that it slides back to reveal the bolts?

Adjustable on a slide but still need to unbolt from the bottom :)

I remember the center console beng a real PITA to remove from the exige , basically had to bend it over the handbrake/gearstick...was sh*t myself as I couldnt find anyway to get it back on either . I remember nearly giving up on it then just forcing to a point I thought it was going to snap.

Dunno if there is a correct way to to it but i used brute force :thumbsup

I think the only other way is actually to disconnect the handbrake cable to get as much height on the lever as possible. I use brute force :thumbsup
