My cars a 13 and it fitted straight on. AFAIK they changed the mount in 2007. If you ordered it from Seriously Lotus it looks like they offer a 2007 plinth as a no cost option so they can presumably send you one out - http://www.seriouslylotus.com/miscellan ... tor111-rhd

I think it's different. The micro mirrors only good for 2007 cars onwards

Got one in my 2003 S2, I eventually had to bond a new bracket to the windscreen, which wasn't a problem as I managed to successfully twat off my old one trying to clean the window before a track day. Managed to remove a small chunk of windscreen in the process...

But it did fit on the old bracket with a. Grub screw to secure. Go have a look outside captain!!!

Pretend you have an S2 Exige with a supercharger. Remove the interior rear view mirror because it is useless, get used to using side mirrors only....Like a real driver... :P :D :D  8)

Will still pass MOT as the requirement is only to have 2 mirrors fitted that have a rearward view....

I had a new screen put in last week and the old mirror was left on the old one. I'm now loving not having the rear mirror as it's improved front visibility massively.

I've no intention of putting one back on now.

Is it easy to get the old mirror bracket off? Hair dryer?

I find sitting in the drivers seat with a chammy and try cleaning the window you will soon take it off... maybe with some glass...

I drove mine for a year with no rear view mirror, only trackdays were harder... must be a bugger in the exige?
