You forgot the swearing. I find it helps with seized zorst bolts. Doesn't help get them off it just helps...
The other option was a FO big breaker bar. If it won't undo then do it up and shear it off....

You should get away without any stuck bolts cos it's less than 6 months old. Just make sure you replace them with stainless bits

Badly rusted exhaust bolts usually turn into something approximately the shape and size of a fruit pastille when the 3 foot bar and impact socket strip off all the rusted metal
The most efficient solution in my experience is to split the cat from the downpipe at one end (oddly, the downpipe-to-cat bolts don't seem to suffer nearly as badly as those further downstream), cut the old exhaust off as close to the cat flange as you can with an angle grinder fitted with a cutting disk, proper gloves and goggles. Then remove the old exhaust and hurl towards the scrap pile. Now the cat is out you can carefully cut the heads off what is left off the old studs on the bench where you won't damage the cat pipe (or on the floor if you cannot be bothered to remove the #2 02 sensor or cabling).
Cheers,
Robin

Seriously! I did my exhaust when it was about 9 months old and had no problems with rusted bolts at all.

The welds are a known area for failing, so keep an eye on it when you get it on the car - once they go, makes them rattle a bit. Have a go at fitting it, its easy peasy.
