If you don't need to get the wheels off I drive up onto something handy like some blocks of wood, much less messing about and lower chance of breaking something! :D

They is very good... but insist they use genuine lotus parts for anything or your warranty may not be valid. (cost is not much difference for a genuine lotus supplied filter to a Partco supplied filter) If your engine packs in and you dont have a pukker lotus spec filter then your warranty wont be worth a jot......

A dealer has to honour a warranty if genuine parts have been fitted reagrdless where they were done.(so I have been told) as long as the garage is approved by "whatever the thingy is callled type department", which Falkland is. (its one of those shield things you see on the wall and then ignore)

Falkland is run by an old school friend of mine(Kevin), his Dad owns it I think.

They did a cracking job on my Geo set up... would be well worth it to get them to check that at the same time when its in.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....
